Possibly a stupid question.
« on: December 19, 2011, 03:23:59 PM »
In the regs it says that you can hunt yotes with a big game or small game license. Being as I did not purchase my small game license and my seasons have come and gone with no success, I have submitted my survey results. Does this mean that I no longer have a valid license? My buddy asked if i wanted to go out hunting with him this weekend and I want to make sure I am on the up and up.

A Small Game license is NOT included in the Big Game license any more.

"your license should be good until 3/31/2012"  Correct!  Even if you've reported your Big Game successes/failures.

alright, that is what I had assumed but we all know what happens when you assume. I didn't find anywhere on the wdfw page or in the regs that said once I reported it was no longer valid. However, with bear, elk, and deer seasons all being closed for modern hunters now I also didn't know why it would still be valid. Thanks for the help guys, now I get to go blast away at some yotes with the .300 lol.
