Newaukum Elk Unit
« on: July 17, 2008, 08:17:55 PM »
Was wondering if anyone has any info or insight on this unit (elk unit 5050) I got one of the ten permits for this new area and was planning on going down this weekend and doing some scouting. It's a archery anterless area from Aug. 1 to the 15th.Gonna start trying new areas cause the ones I usually hunt the indians have taken pretty much taken over. :hello:

Lots of private land is an understatement.

Hey guys thanks alot for the info. That's pretty much what I figured. That was my 4th choice so I wasn't all too excited about it anyway. I have a couple other areas I will be checking on.Appreciate the help.
