Target shooting DNR land
« on: January 03, 2012, 11:21:19 PM »
I didnt know where to put this, feel free to move it if it needs to be moved, I heard that you can target shoot near Lake cacanaugh in the DNR land. Is this true? From what I read on the DNR sight, it says as long as you don't litter, no shooting over roads, etc. and use comercially produced targets its ok. Thanks

Unfortunately you need to actually visit the location to see whether shooting is alllowed, if it is not allowed there will be a sign. For example all DNR lands in King Co is closed to target shooting, I have never seen that on the DNR website.

This post has been replied to in detail on another thread by this person.
In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.

Can you post a link?

We can then merge the two or lock one.

Thanks.

There is also a Gun smith that has a range out to 300yrds near Sedro Woolly that he lets his customers use. If you want his name and number for repair, custom loading or purchases PM me and i will give you his number.
