What bow, arrow/vane are you shooting? I shoot with the canted vane straight up and don't have a problem. If you can change the slide on the cables to one that pulls them over a little more. Parker has a Teflon one that does a good job.

My bet is that you need to paper tune your bow, or walkback tune.  Either way that will get your center shot correct which has to be further away from your riser and cable.  Thats where my money is.  A friend just bought a bow and they just threw the rest on without getting the center shot even close.  he had the same problem.

Sometimes you need to rotate the vanes away from the strings and cables then... If your shooting a fall away rest you shouldn't have to worry about the nock vane being up or down... It can be any why you'd like it - just get the other vanes away from the cabels.  And furthermore like crunchy said - make sure that thing is paper tuned and your axle to axle are adjusted correctly and blah blah blah.  There's my  :twocents: for ya!  :chuckle:

I have the black ice and trophy taker, My vanes where close to the cables so I got the parker cable guided and now I have lots of room and its a better slide anyway.
