Seen any decent bulls? Sure am glad they are on private so the Native Americans wont have a go at them.

:yeah:  I don't do it either and I make sure it's open land before I try a new area.  The point Hair was trying to make is if it's not clearly marked and any person was not reasonably able to identify that area was private then it's probably not going to stick.  Not saying I or anybody on here is going to press the issue but there are some that would.

Actually it is. Unless the land is cultivated or fenced. We've had this discussion on here many times. Well, I should also say there is one other exception: if the landowner tells you to leave and you don't, you can get charged with trespassing. But that should be common sense.

Of course I've had "landowners" tell me to leave or he'd call the sheriff. Only problem with that is I was on state land. So you really do need to know who owns the land you're hunting on.

I'm sure they won't go far, they are probably in the timber til this snow stops, if it ever does.   :).  Post pics, I think I'm the only one on here that knows where you live.

Pics???????

:yeah: :yeah: :yeah:  I love seeing the herds around that way, it's been a few years since I've been that way and it would be nice to see some pics.  I remember seeing the herds of elk that used to feed during the winter next to wishram.  I had a relative that lived there across the street and we used to just sit and watch the elk graze all day long.

There was a Native that took a cow Elk down near Wishram this year.
