Chehalis fishery BAD NEWS

Chehalis tribe is not playing with the WDFW as they are not turning over catch documents.  Region 6 office are talking about shutting down the entire system in two weeks.  I do not know the details but you might want to let your feelings known, call Region 6 and ask for either Curt Hughes or Ron Warren. .

Skookemchuck, Satsop, Wynoochee, Humptulips, Chehalis rivers could all be shut down in two weeks.

Any update on this? I'm going to be calling on Monday myself. That sucks, i'm going to have to cancel trips that have been booked for a few months now...

I called down there and was asking questions about some of the rivers and one of the people I talked to said they have been meeting about closing down the rivers. 

Call down there on Monday and see for yourself.
