Geese, Ducks, and Swans
« on: February 07, 2012, 05:25:16 PM »
Went out today for a small hike to take some picture, look for any sheds, any coyotes, and to set my game camera out and these are some picture I took today.

This spot is a small spot that I found this duck season that seems to always stays open no matter how cold it gets and geese love to sit on the edge of the ice in this spot.

They got loud and almost started to fly away (in this picture) but I left and they stuck around.

This is another spot that we hunted that stay open with everything else freezes and the birds just love it.  Couldn't tell but most of them look like coots but this was taken on full zoom and was really far away.

On my way home I stopped by this small public hunting spot that has a stream that runs through it an snuck up on this family of swans.

They were less tolerent then the geese so they had enough and flew away.

The camera I used was a FujiFilm 14 megapixels Finepix 24x zoom.  It isn't the best but it'll do for now.  The quality of most photos are better then this but most of these picture were taken on full zoom which made the quality a little less fine.
