I've been watching youtube of folks running rabbits with beagles, and thought of a few questions.
Is a single beagle hard to train, and by train I mean on snowshoe hares? I know hares would be different than a true rabbit, bigger circles, bigger run and less chance of them running into a warren.
I see a few youtube of a single beagle running snowshoes with success, was wondering if that was an exceptional dog. Most of them have 3-4 or more dogs.
Also, would training beagles to run rabbits convert to a guy learning how to run dogs on cats, bears etc? Would seem it'd be a great start and very similar.
Anyways I thought it'd be a hoot to do that, curious if anyone around did that.
