With out a lift, they won't fit. You can go with a high clearance fender to help keep the COG lower. Jeep Forum is ok, but its national. For a more local board with people who wheel around here, try www.nw-wheelers.com/forum

I would look into adding a 4" lift kit and then re-gearing the axles to match otherwise it will be sluggish and your final gear (5th in a 5 speed, 6 in a 6 speed) will be useless. I am guessing you have the inline 6. A good ratio for 35" tires is 4.88.

The JKs have huge wheel wells. You can run 35s with no lift, but even with hacked stock fenders or aftermarket it'll rub on anything more than a speedbump.

A 2.5" lift will easily clear 35s,but you'll likely still rub occasionally.  I put a 2.5" Teraflex coil lift on my 2010. The lift,LCAs and a JKS track bar took an afternoon to install.

Personally I wouldn't run 35s on a stock Rubicon if you plan on wheeling it. The front D44 aint all that, and lots of guys bend or break the axle tubes,if they don't re-enforce the stock D44.

You'll absolutely need to regear it if you go 35s.

Fanatic on here has a '11 Rubicon with 35's(I think) on it. I think he put 2" springs under it and then added the shock extenders and that was it....pretty darn cheap too. You could pm him, I'm sure he'd be able to advise you.

I'm not too into the lift kits and stuff...and I'm far from a Jeep expert.

Being that they are coil sprung all the way around, you can put spacers on top of the coils for a budget lift. Since you don't plan on wheeling it, that may be your best option.
