O.K I spent days trying to find information on these sounds I use during turkey season ... Its obvious its so rare that not many people I contacted knew about them or what it means to bag smart gobblers ... I have just ordered a DVD which I hope it explains what I am saying ...As soon as I recieve it and watch it and make sure they are on it I WILL SHARE ....BUT remember to thank BH45 for helping you bag more gobblers !!!

So I have information about the "DO IT's and WHIT WHIT's took me some time but finally found out what I needed to know...Sounds like if you know how to do them, it's that call you need....So practicing them as we speak!!!!!

O.k I just got the DVD and watched it

wrong one ...at the end of the dvd it says check out our ADVANCED CALLING DVD...SO now I guess I need to call and talk to the right person so I quit wasting money ....guess thats what you get talking to a sales women

I just recieved a email from Jerry Peterson

We was

that I wrote to him asking about these sounds that HE HAS ONLY EXPOSED ONE TIME TO THE PUBLIC ...He did one show in the early 90s about it BUT NEVER PRODUCED THAT TAPE FOR PROMOTION ...I know I may of got something going now ... we will be talking about this matter shortly ..A Pro Staffer job would be nice JERRY ....

I will have my daughter down size his email so I can show ya !! So now I may not teach anyone until I see where this goes

Hi John....your the second guy in a week looking for info on the
"whits and do-its"...must be something out in a Magazine or on TV.

I put the first instruction out on an old VHS tape of our back in 1995
called Screamin' Gobblers (vol.1). Unfortunately, we never re-released
it as a DVD and we may not even have a VHS copy in the
warehouse....but you could call customer service at 800-735-8182 and
ask.

The segment begins with a small flock of hens and jakes right off my
gun barrel at 2 feet. We "small talk" back and forth for several
minutes with "Whits, Do-its and peals" and then I show how to make
each sound on a mouth call following the footage. Sorry that we
neglected to include it in the Vocal Turkey DVD....we need to.

O.k I ran my mouth enough so here is my little secrete.... and this is only because we a here to help each other bag more game ... and its obvious from all the views everyone is going HUH...

and their are a couple who have heard me do this before and their are a couple I just turned on to it ....and I am sure this will give all the pro staffers from Washington an edge in your next calling contest ....I have entered one contest before and I made up my mind to never do this again ...why? because the judges need to know what a turkey actually sounds like inorder to be in charge of a calling contest ...but like I said before I done it awhile and I feel its time to let out my secrete...so I hope it helps out the ones who want help ....No I do not consider myself a master caller but a good one

Well now I understand what you ment last year....I do the same thing..I just called it something else..never done the peel peel however..gonna try it. I hear Matt Morret do something like that in his own way during a callers choice portion of his contest calling..it was flashier is all. I will stand behind you and say it does work.
