I shot it yesterday , shoots good , Z7 also shoots very well. I shot the Element RKT, that was a big mistake, I have a few other bows to shoot before I make my choice on a new one but the Element is way ahead of the rest so far.... yes I am a hoyt guy but am trying to go in with an open mind and shooyt several different bows.

I haven't shot the RKT yet but I haven't been pleased with the other Hoyt Carbon bows. I thought they had too much vibration and ere louder than other Hoyt bows....which I found Ironic because their marketing platform talked so much about their lack of vibration/sound.  :twocents:  I hope the RKT is different than the past ones because I like how light they are and not that it's real important but I like how they look too.

Don't know which other hoyts you are referring to but my carbon element is way quiter than my maxis, katera, and razortech , and way less vibration. :dunno:

I am particularly talking about the bow I have...the Carbon Matrix. The draw is amongst the smoothest I have ever felt but virbration/noise left a lot to be desired. It also has a nice solid back wall like most Hoyts I have shot.

Hey guys im 15 and i am using my dads username. i have been saving for a couple years for a nice bow because i love archery hunting. i got hooked to archery this last fall when i double lunged a cow elk at 45 yards with my martin cheetah, such an awsone adrenaline rush. i just got a heli m last month, i love it and it is my favorite possesion. i think it is really quiet with the Axion GLZ Gridlock 5" Stabilizer, ArrowWeb T-Series 5 Arrow Quiver. super super light and shoots good. cant wait to get huntin next fall. :)

Congrats young man.  My son is 15 too.  He is looking to buy his first bow this year.  I've bought him two so far, but he wants to buy the next one.  He wants a Hoyt.  Of course he'd love the carbon, but too much money for his wallet and mine.  Anyway, congrats on the hunt this past season and the new bow.

Pinetar, what a great thing for you to be doing, once you get hooked on archery it becomes a lifestyle, enjoy that new bow and the best of luck to you this year breaking it in and getting it bloody.

Hey thanks guys, i know what you mean by getting hooked joe. I hunted rifle elk for 6 years and it just doesn't even compare to calling a branch bull in to 20 yards bugling right in your face. It's the best adrenaline rush in the world and i love it. :) I am going to try to get a turkey this spring.
Also, i wanted to make my own username it wouldnt let me because i tried to use the same email adress as my dad did and it said i couldn't, is there any way to get by this without having to make up a totally new email?
