From what I can see it looks like a pretty one. Never caught a striped skunk myself.
If it was mine I'd probably keep it.

Nice catch, Skunks have very nice fur. I've put up 5 so far this winter.

  how would you descent it for skinning? I am working on trapping one that has been eating my neighbors chickens, and sprayed the crap out of my truck when the neighbors dogs scared it.

Take two hemastats, clamp off both nipples on the scent sacs and just skin carefully around the sacs.  Really not hard and once you clamp them off, virtually no odor.  Wear gloves. Done LOTS of them.  They make a great pelt.

   Me too unfortunately with a a few subsonic .22 rounds. what a mistake... Its all about the garbage can now for coons, skunks, and grinners!!!

One thing, I never set an open cage trap on the ground uncovered if there is a chance I am going to snag a skunk.  It would be a different story on a bobcat set, but anywhere near old buildings, new buildings whatever I cover the trap for just this reason.  OR I get the trap up off the ground since you will "almost" never see a skunk climb.  If your trap is covered you can just quietly walk up, pick the trap up and walk off with it...treat it like bomb disposal.  If you're going to skin it, drown it, if not I like to take them to a safe area, figure out which way the wind is blowing and release them and then shotgun them.  I gotta 20 ga that has probably killed a 100 skunks so far.  If you drown them, slide the trap in slowly so you don't startle them and you will have little to no leakage.  Let the water rush in and you will have a little oil slick and plenty of scent.

Very very sound advice right there! Pay attention boys and girls and you wont ruin multiple garbage cans like I have !!
