Everett Area Vets
« on: March 05, 2012, 03:30:13 PM »
I just got my first puppy and am not looking for a vet in the Everett/ Mill Creek area. Does anyone have any recommendations or clinics to avoid. I currently have appointments with Northwest Animal Care and Puget Park Vet Clinic to try to get a feeling of how they are with animals and to be able to ask questions about their experience and history. Thanks in advance for the advice.

If you checking out area Pet Clinics I would recommend Pilchuck Veterinary Hospital in Snohomish.   I have used Dr. Duke down there for multiple generations of animals now.  He is very good with hunting breeds.  The way I originally ended up with them is I had a lab with an issue that could not be diagnosed at the silver lake Vet Clinic.  They referred me to the Pilchuck clinic after they came up empty with their diagnosis.  I had a diagnosis from Pilchuck in less than an hour that solved my pets issue.  Very happy with the care my pet's have received ever since.

For shots and check ups, just call around and find the CHEAPEST vet possible. If you have an injury or a problem then, I'd suggest looking for someone specialized. Usually, country vets will be a heck of a lot less expensive for simple stuff like vaccinations.
