Love me some Nikon
« on: March 05, 2012, 05:28:13 PM »
I love me some Nikon and have used them for years.  Scopes, spotting scope, binos, rangfinder everything Nikon for me.  Just one more reason today to keep using them.  I sent in a pair of Monarch ATB's that I have had for about 5 or 6 years.  I broke the little plastic clip on the side where you attach your strap.  I sent them into Nikon to see about getting them fixed and today there was a box at my door.  When I opened it waiting to see my bino's fixed.  But when I opened the box there was a brand new pair of the new Monarch 5's, brand new in the sealed box with all the accessories.  Nikons new Monarch model and even a set or two up from what I had.  You have to love service like that.  Only Nikon for me!!!

I have had the same good service with them.  I had a pair of the monarch ATB's that were beat to crap, so i sent them in and they sent me a brand new pair.  I will never have to buy a new pair again.  :IBCOOL:

Thats very cool. Funny thing I just sent in my Nikon Monarch 10x42 bino's because they dont focus clearly anymore. This is the second time I've had to send them in. The first time the eye receptical got stuck and I could turn it out anymore. Would be awsome if they just sent me a new pair!

Nikon Rocks!! I got an email saying that the damage to my Binos was not covered under warranty,so I called in and paid the $10 plus $11 dollars for shipping. Recieved a box today from Nikon with a brand new pair of Monarch 10x42 in the box! So if you ever have issues with a nikon product send it in for repair!
