We were up with our trucks at exit 38 just before Snoqualmie pass. We were real high up and noticed a guy shooting at a bear from like 400 yrds. We heard a shot, a little later he came down to us and said he hit it but it was too steep of a climb to go see how good of a hit? We got his license number, but never heard if anything came from it.

It's a shameful waste.  Hunters need to continue to police our ranks and winnow out the maggots.
