I also use an old camera tripod that the mojo critter screws right into (i was gonna toss the tripod, till I got the idea)...I place it next to a bush, have some camo burlap to cover up the stand...and use it to get above some of the brush we have round here in western wa. Just high enough to get the movement out there.

On the subject of a Blackjack on other callers, I use it on my minaska.  I don't believe ther is any power going from thr caller to the decoy, the aux switch just closes the circut you have to turn it on at the decoy before you can run it with the aux controll
After the first shot the rest are just noise.

Make mine a Minaska

Thanks for the input. I tried it today and I got the decoy to work with my primos turbo dogg call. Can't wait to put it to use.

Becareful with decoys and E caller's I found out the hardway that my foxpro doesnt like my western rivers decoy.  After 15 minutes my callers stopped working, first thought the batteries.  Nope they worked just fine, found out that the electric motor in my decoy was creating a emp that the foxpro TX24 remote could not handle. :bash:  After a lot of research on the foxpro forums it seems to be safe to have matching brands of e callers and decoys becuase they test and fix these issues before they leave the factory.
Rather be dead than cool.
