help them out- there is a chance to make GPS collars legal in CA- when running bears these collars will help save some dogs lives.

Signed it too, GPS is a life saver, not to mention a gas saver. If California is so strict on their emissions they should allow the use of GPS, save these hounders on gas and putting more fumes into the air in their forests!
