Got mine today. It might have came sooner, but I forgot to check the mail for like 4 days  ;) I, however, am an idiot and didn't realize the reeds were separate. Looks like I get to spend more money.  :) I have no idea which one(s) to buy. Any help? Will be hunting rosies if that matters.

Bugling Bull game calls, get the brown one. Paul sells them also. I have the brown green and red, but use the brown the most and the green for locating. They have individual names to them. Sportsmans carries them also. Best read bar none!

Nope, the elk don't care what reed you use! (grin) If you're just learning to use Diaphragms I'd suggest the Mellow Yellow for starters then go to the Scream N Tormentor or Raging Bull. The Mellow Yellow is very user friendly & you can achieve desireable sounds much quicker without getting too frustrated then step up if you wish to the other calls. If you're already average pass the Mellow Yellow! Good Luck!
The Mastering The Mouth Reed DVD can really help out as well for beginners or those who want to know how to bugle big or master those Grunts or Chuckles!  www.elknut.com  Wedo carry the calls & such as mentioned!

Alright, I sent Elknut a PM but he must have logged off before seeing it. Just want to make sure I get everything I need. I bought the Chuckler, and I have the yellow and the brown reed added to my shopping cart. Anything else I need?

Well....the Nut has been good to me...very good..so I better buy "the Chuckler"...and do the deal! Maybe my first bull with a bow will be a contest winner!! And heck...Maybe Bone will be along... Wait a second...IF bone calls the bull in but I kill it... who wins??? Wait a second...what if I call bones bull in ...with a chuckler...he kills it (by the way, it'll be bigger than his New Mexico bull)...but dang..I was the caller... I guess I'll just have to squeeze in the picture!!

Bone...I'll be there opening weekend bud...probably only for 3 days, but thats better than none eh?

Paul...which tube would you recommend most? I like as small as I can get...but if you think the big dog is the way to go...just say the word..

Ernie, the Chuckler (big dog) has the biggest tones, but the LIL Chuckler is no slouch, I think you'll really like it. I'll get one of those your way once I get the rest of the materials in tomorrow I hope? I sent you a PM.
