Another fine night on Sammamish
« on: July 30, 2008, 09:18:23 PM »
Went out for just over an hour...had several hits...took in 2 real nice crappie (similar to the big one I posted last week) and this bass!

Didnt get pics of the crappie as at first I figured no reason to bring out the camera...then when i caught one right after the other..then finally the bass, I thought ...Im gettin my camera.

Bass was released after pic....of course...no other fish got caught after i broke out the camera...how typical.. ;)

Cheers!

Saylean, how do you dodge all the boats on Sammamish? I grew up in Lake Hills and spent most summers on that lake. Which end are you fishing? Last time I was there, there was an hour and a half wait on the boatramp (State Park).
Nice fish

I fish the north end of the lake (caught this guy off the dock), and I have a boat ramp on my front steps, so I dont have to wait....especially since I use my kayak when I go..but ya, I do have a gated boat launch for residents in front.
