Got drawn for deer. That's now six out of the last seven years.    :IBCOOL:  Once again, did not get drawn for elk.

I didn't get drawn for either :(

I didn't put in though.  Not worth $180 when I'll just tag out on the first legal deer I see anyway

Deer and Elk, I think I will buy the Elk but not the deer ...
A hunt based only on trophies taken falls far short of what the ultimate goal should be, time to commune with your inner soul as you share the outdoors with the birds, the animals, and fish that live there”.- Fred bear

I find it funny how the state has conditioned us to get so excited when we finally draw a tag, even with the reality of having to fork over another $180 or $360 if you drew both tags. That being said its always nice to see successful next to your name.

Elk for me, at least until a few minutes ago.  Never hunted elk outside of Archery season.  That will be weird,,,

You just pay for it when you go in to purchase your license and tags.

The cousin and I both drew deer and both blanked on elk. Just the opposite we were hoping for. :bash:

I got drawn too but I have a feeling pretty much anyone who wanted to get drawn do as well so not a huge surprise. :)
