just did a 2 day trip out of Westport ran 35 miles south off of long beach (they said) it was a 3.5 hour boat ride one way)approx 10 miles north of Ilwaco and fishing was real good Chinook to 25lbs and some nice 1-12 lb hatchery coho...... Definately worth the 100.00 and if you want a great charter captain out of Westport look up Ken on the Tequilla Too out of Deep Sea Charters....
he fishes hard and will put in the effort to get you on fish....
i use him every trip i make, i got my 2 chinook limit both days 16- 22 lbs.....
