Ingredients:
12 lemons
12 oz Bourbon
12 oz Agave Nectar
6 maraschino cherries--for garnish
Preparation:
Halve lemons and put in smoker, pulp side up, for about 4 hrs. Keeping smoker under 250 degrees. Chips of your choice
Add 2 oz each of the smoked lemon juice, agave nectar and bourbon to a shaker and pour over ice---add a cherry. Enjoy.
I haven't tried this yet, but it is on my list.
