Its legal to access at 6 I believe. It is posted so you should be able to find out. Oak creek opens the locked gates to the road at 8 I believe. I'll be at neither. Goodluck

I remember last year the few people going up and coming out in like 2 hrs with like 30+ horns
Needless to say they got there butt's kicked. I wonder how many people will be going up to find there stashed piles this year.
