I think I have hiked 80 plus miles now. Seen four. If you include big one I seen driving. Did not get a shot on the two I would have shot. But it's coming. But not from me today. This will be my second day off, doing some trigger work on my tired rifle.

Hunted hard in Cosmoplis unit yesterday with the muzzleloader but not a sign of bear new or old.  Anyone that wants to help out pm me.  I checked my cameras and put in a few more.  Nothing but two deer and covered mostly the northern part of the unit. Which part of the unit would you guys hunt if you had the tag?  I have been hitting the reprod and the clearcuts hard but nothing.  Is it too early?

I found a really good area on Sunday. I'll be hitting it hard this weekend and next. If I tag out then I'll gladly share it with you so long as I can tag along.
