Has anyone fished for cats around wanapum?
« on: May 09, 2012, 08:24:02 PM »
I am was thinking of fishing for cats around Wanapum and was wondering if anyone had any general suggestions (above, below, ect.) from any past trips.  I am currently using livers and worms with not much luck.  Thanks in advance.

Try priest rapids forebay near goose island. There are some deep troughs of the old river channel. I have a few more places to try if you strike out there. Do you have a boat?

Just a twelve footer, but I gave wanapum another all night/day go and nothing.  I might start working my way down then towards Priest, just not a lot of pull off spots.  Going again tonight.
