vendors encouraged to come as well as anyone who volunteers.

ANYONE can volunteer.  Volunteers will receive 1 free adult admission for day of their volunteering.  Volunteers usually plan on a half day work and half day for themselves.  Great way to help the organization and to get into the show *FREE

Guys,

I am going to cancel the meeting tomorrow. I was put of town the tail end of last week and was unable to get a reminder email out to the committee. I will schedule our next meeting next Tuesday same place and time. This should also give me a chance to contact a few more committee members to fill in a couple gaps.

I don't know if skeet will be open but there will be trap houses open.  ALL shooting will be stopped during the sanctioned duck calling contest which I think will take about an hour.  (from what I'm told).
