Easy to write a ticket to a to a person not around ,than to bust a drug dealer or some other law breaker.Looks like you were a easy target for nit picking. Hard to respect the cops when their being jerks. With the picture a court will toss this.Well worth the day off. They expect you to pay not fight.
what do you do if you don't have a rear view mirror to hang from? You don't have to have one.... I want to see what happens to this one!
It wasn't hanging from your mirror. Did you talk to the person or just assume that he/she wrote it for being faded?
Wow I'm pissed. Permission , permission, permission. What the hell has happened to this country when you need that much paperwork to use a boat launch. We need to stop supporting this BS.
They issued it and it's their problem. Tell them you want a jury trial......in Ferry County !!!

I also got to talk to the Head Park Ranger today and showed him the Discover Pass. He took the citation and voided it out. He told me the they hired some temps that are just hired to work the parks on Discover Pass compliance so that the Rangers can deal with other things becasue they are short handed. I also called WDFW about the fading and they say that if the document ID # is still legible you can send it in and they will replace at no charge. THis also pertains to the WDFW Access permit if it fades too. I then found out that state parks sell Discover Pass on a paper card and REI does too? Saw it for the first time today and it shouldn't fade like the WDFW paper does. They really need a decal that all agencies sell that is the same. It has been an aggravating experience for sure. I ended up purchasing the parks annual decal the Natural investment pass (boat launch permit) which includes the Discover pass compliance for state park lands. Hope this helps some of you!

What's WSPR stand for? I'm sure it has something to do with state parks, but I'd like to get the exact terminology.Public Records Request time. This is BS.
