I've shot the 168 and the 190 Berger in the .300 WSM both shot well once I got the seating depth right. I've learned that with the Bergers it's easier to start 30 thou off and work in. I leaned towards the 190 Berger in the 300 WSM and the 300 Win Mag. H4350  in the WSM and RL-22 with the 300 Winne.

Hammer always has great advice. Fyi there is an artical in Berger's website about getting the best seating depth. Involves 4 lengths. Just off lands. .03 off lands. .06 off lands. And 0.1 off lands. One of these will stand out in your gun then you can tweak from there. Go read the articql and it will make sense. Good luck and keep us updated

I tried them for a while. They shot well, I just switched to the 185 in he 300 WSM. Like the others said, finding the right seating depth can be tricky.

Yes, the seating depth can be tricky. Especially when your really working a rifle, 200-300 plus rounds a week or month. You need to chase the lands as the throat wears, if you have shot the rifle enough. You're groups will tell you when it's time to check the over all length to the ogive.
