I'll start with Hi
I drew West Klickitat modern deer and looking for any info on the unit.I have seen there's good amount of DNR land and has anybody hunted on the refuge?Look's like a small area and I would think that would be a spot that draws a crowd?

Either your joking, or you've never been there. :dunno:

I assume by refuge you mean Conboy Lake. Its a large grassy marshland type area. Not exactly a deer hunters mecca, but you could hunt it if you wanted. You would more than likely be alone.

Lots of timber company and state land to hunt.

I had no plan to hunt the Conboy lake refuge, just had seen that there was a deer hunting area with in it.It seems that the biggest amount of landis in the northern half of the unit.

I plan on spending most of my free time this summer in the unit and looking forward to it.
Get a good map and go spend a bunch of time this summer scouting out the area.
