13 points and finally drew, hope its as good as Ive heard. Ready for a scouting trip tomorrow . Lots of snakes this time of year? Rattlers? Any pointers would be appreciated.

Good deal, tear it up. have fun! Should be a fun hunt. I have hiked a million miles out there and have never seen a rattle snake, but you never know

Good luck, you can cover lots of ground out there in a shot time. I've covered a lot more than I planned once due to not paying attention to where I was going and not having a compass or GPS.

I had the tag in 2006 and I live near the unit. Even have some trail cams out there right now. If you want some tips for hunting out there, let me know.
