And today I got an assignment from one of my regular magazines to test a handsome new import O/U shotgun.  I am hoping it shows up in time for the grouse opener.

For the rest of you, this is a new O/U import from Mossberg and it's a beaut, from what I am told. The test piece is a 12-ga but they are also available in 20- and .410, from what I am told.

I'll post images with dead things when they become available.

Im sure you can't divulge much at the moment... but do you think this newest offering will be a step up from mossberg's silver reserve and onyx series? I wasn't too impressed with the clunkers they were churning out.
