At that range you are dealing with the archers paradox.  So pass through not likely.   I positive I would need to do an emergency shorts clean!

Amazing video indeed.

Just fyi, the arrow is going its absolute fastest the second it leaves the bow, and it slows down steadily immediately after it leaves the string, so it definitely wasn't because it hadn't gotten up enough velocity to penetrate.
