Gramps' Maple Burl Elk Calls
« on: December 09, 2012, 07:56:40 PM »
Here are some distressed, dyed maple burl calls.  These are my favorite calls to make (even though they require 3 times as much work to finish).

Each call is $30 shipped.

I have 2 calls out of this wood.. they are absolutely awesome in looks and sound.

By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.

Very nice calls. I would imagine its tough to turn those calls without splintering or shattering.

Yeah, I have to keep the tools sharp so that I don't get a catch and split the blank.

The second call in the second pic is spoken for.

I have (3) elknut playbook/sounds of the elk combos left.  Anyone that buys a maple burl call can purchase the combo for an additional $20.  That is almost 50% off.

Merry Christmas!
