Great video action. I love to see dying dogs. I wasn't thrilled about what appeared to be a skyline shot on the 3rd dog, though. Can you tell us more about that one?

Thats awesome but how does it compare to a Gopro. you can mount a GoPro on anything so your not limited to just a had.

The CamStrap replaces the GoPro as a head cam. IMO, the GoPro and most other action cams do not compete with compact video cameras and the basic features like zoom, screen, adjustments, high quality video and sound, and image stabilization. The CamStrap does not replace a GoPro as the "do it all" camera as it is a head camera strap. Of course for most of us, a head cam is all that is needed if your are by yourself. The video camera itself can replace a GoPro as the do it all camera as there are a huge number of different types of tripods and mounts that can make them funtion much like a GoPro, but better quality depending on the camera. Even the point and shoot cameras these days capture video comparable, and in some cases better than a GoPro. We have done side by side tests with the Olympus TG Waterproof camera & GoPro both stationary and on a head cam, and the TG 1 is better, all be it a little bigger; the trade off for having zoom, screen, and stabilization.

Most action cameras get a some what steady shot by having a super wide Field of view, which is fine for action sports, but defeats the purpose of POV hunting and fishing videos as typically you can hardly see the target.

I could go on and on. For proof of how the Solvid System compares to other action cams, watch this short deer hunting video and tell me if you think a GoPro alone would have been a better option? You can see it is not limited to just the head, as you can take it off and zoom in on the buck before or during the stalk and then again as it falls to the ground.

Glad you guys enjoy the craziest 2 minutes of my hunting career!
