400 Plus LB bear
« on: September 04, 2013, 08:12:06 PM »
Saw a huge bear today thought it was a grizzly at first. 200yds away perfect shooting range but only presented himself
for maybe 20 seconds couldnt get a good shot off, all i had was a ass shot so i didnt take it. Saw a smaller bear last weekend around 250 this one was close to double that one in size.

Will be going back tomorrow morning hope the same if not a little better opportunity comes about.

Wish me luck guys. :bash:

sorry no pics
A remarkable experience is one where the pain is forgotten so quickly, the frustrations and struggles are forgotten the minute you’re done.

I can’t wait to do it the next time.

Good luck, he shouldn't be that far away if he's feeding on berries!!

The small bear i saw was when i was grouse hunting. Saw him at 30 yards and was caught with the wrong weapon.

This time i see a mammoth have everything i needed but didn't get the shot :( had it in the cross hairs.
