2of my favorites are the sweet rub chicken thighs and the smoked salsa. Both are very good. Buy skin on chicken thighs bone in and use the sweet rub all the thighs and under the skin. Let them sit in the fridge over night then smoke them on the treager. Usually takes 4 hours for me as I increase the heat to make sure they are done,,, 180 + with a meat probe.
The salsa I use around 8 to 10 roma tomatoes, 2 Anaheim peppers half a bunch of celantro, ketchup, treager beef shake or garlic and seasoning salt. Half the Roma's, and smoke them and peppers for 4 hours or so. Not to hot. Skins come right off the tomatoes. Take the seeds out of peppers and blend everything together. Ketchup to taste. You might add some hot sauce or a jalapeño for extra heat. Smoked salsa always a hit. Have fun
