Neah Bay triple
« on: August 23, 2014, 09:08:03 AM »
Took my daughter to Neah Bay for the first time.  She handled the water and 18 mile run pretty good.  Managed to catch a smorgasbord plus a bonus pick up in Hadlock at the cabin on the way home.

That right there is what it's all about. Way to go getting the kid out there.
Looks like a great day.

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

I'm so glad I got to do the trip with her.   You think it would be easier to get them out, but with how busy schedules are nowadays with all the activities we get ourselves into.   I just hope she has a good memory of it and asks to go again next year.
