Finally got to the river!

My schedule finally stabilized for September so I took the opportunity to head to my favorite local river and try my hand...well I came home with 19lbs of salmon for 3 hours of fishing! 

Hopefully I can get out a few more times over the next couple weeks before October and my work schedule goes bat dung crazy again!

"Local" is a relative term  The float rules pertained to this river last season but changed back this season for what I do which is throw spinners during tidal changes.

Good work getting them on something other than eggs though! Spinner fishing for kings can be a kick in the pants. We used to do really well up there twitching jigs when that was allowed.
