UMMMM.. Walleye Alfredo... Beer Batter Walleye....Pan fried in butter/olive oil with Cheese/Garlic Lays potato chip breading...the list goes on and on

That is one of the tastiest critters that swims. Try a coting of instant mashed potatoes sometime, it is really good. The flaky ones, not the powdered kind.
