Can't just complain and not have it posted properly or gated off. Who's responsibility is it? I'm not going to get into a long drawn out discussion but just to let you know, it's your responsibility to know where the property lines are! And FYI, it's posted very well, and how many apple orchards do you see on public land?

And FYI, it's posted very well, and how many apple orchards do you see on public land? It's your responsibility to post correctly. It's their responsibility to know where they are hunting. I use to hunt an old orchard near Winthrop. 100% public land. Obviously if someone can drive their car in its not gated/posted well enough. Just letting you know! Take someone to court and don't have your land posted you'll probably lose.
Duckslayer,I suggest you read the trespassing while hunting RCW. Landowners are not required to post their land. You're completely off in assuming this.

You're completely off in assuming this.I'm not talking about the legality of this issue, it's the fact that if someone wants people to stop trespassing then the land should be well posted. But who knows maybe it is. Obviously there is a road open with no chain or gate across if there's a car on the property. However if I ever have any question about public or private I just don't hunt it. Part of the reason why I stick to wilderness units. Don't have to worry about it...
I love the look on that guy's face in the first picture. It's like he just saw the camera and realizes that he was "caught." Is that a beer the other guy is carrying?
