Little update.

Just getting this RAP going.  Bought some 120 factory loads just so I could get brass for development.  Long story short.  Out of the box, no trigger work, no bedding.  Easily puts 120gr Amax and 140gr NP into the .7's.  I'm just getting started but there's no doubt it's easily a shooter.  I'm loving this lil 6.5.  Hate recoil and can see this my go to for everything.  Yotes to Moose.  No sweat..  Love it.

I have been shooting the RAP 6.5 as well with the hornady 129 SST and the groups are great, shot a deer in Idaho with it this year and was very impressed, very nice set up for the money in my opinion.

Here's a question for the caliber junkies (I'm not one)... What will this do that the 6.5 x 55 can't?

I chose the 6.5x55 after looking at it a bit if you reload the Swede will out perform the creed. It's a long action, but I shoot bolt guns. The swede has been loaded very mild over the years because of all the old weapons. The case actually holds 5 grains more than a creed!
6.5x55. .260 Rem And the Creed.  Splitting hairs!
