I was hoping for a little more than a six round magazine.

Not to mention I doubt the G43 will come in around the $370 price point of the shield.

The 42 is right there....It's the same gun only in .380

Ya that seems a little goofy but I'll probably still check one out when the local store gets them in stock.

You say $430. Biggerhammer says $399. 1 website says the MSRP is $529 and another says $589.
Who knows what the heck the price will be.
Will $430 be your Sportman's Warehouse price?

Lots of places to buy handguns. Corporates locked in, the guy behind the counter doesn't have jack to do with the pricing. That's decided way above their pay grade. Gunbroker and Armslist will run with priceing dependant on availability(Could go either way +/-) . I deal with the shops that run 10% over envoice, not just yap about it but pull the purchase envoice out, show it to you add 10% and its a done deal.

price will be all over the board I'm sure, as any new release usually is. Knowing cost from Glock direct, you will not see $399 prices Jackelope. $430-$499 when they hit dealers shelves.

Not to mention I doubt the G43 will come in around the $370 price point of the shield.
:yeah:

Just checked, dealer cost 396.00. A shop will sell you a Smith & Wesson before a Glock if they can. The profit margins are higher on the Smith and the shop makes more money. Glocks tight with their pricing and Glock sales are very competative unless of course your the shop/guy that has the Glock model others don't. Then it gets spendy. That's Capitalism and why we are not a third world dump.

Ever wonder why they just won't sell you the handgun you want without the sales pitch for the other?
