i can't frikkin wait. we leave tonight for the in-laws in the blue mountains outside of pomeroy. this will be an adventure as it's our first road trip with the new baby. I NEED THIS TRIP. I have done virtually nothing outdoors related for the last year  with the baby coming. i will leave the wife and baby in the company of the MIL and take off with the boys for 3 days of hunting, being manly, grunting, hopefully getting bloody.

good luck to all, have fun, be safe and shoot straight.

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield
