Rem 700 ADL 6.5 Creedmoor on sale at Cabelas $399
« on: June 29, 2018, 05:23:35 PM »
If anyone is in the market for a 6.5 Creedmoor I see Cabelas has the Rem 700 ADL Varmint models on sale for $399 and you can now get them in 6.5 Creedmoor.

They kinda have a POS stock but the rest of the gun is pretty solid and would make for a pretty inexpensive build.  The sale starts today so thought I'd pass the info along.

I really don't need one and can't really say that I'm that big of a 6.5 Creedmoor fan but I just may run out there and pick one up.  I've got a nice little McM stock that's just sitting doing nothing that'll fit it perfectly and even look pretty decent.

For fun I may whack the barrel back and have it threaded to run my SAS Barricade on it.

Hmmm, should I cut it all the way back to 18, 20, or 22 inches??? :dunno:

North 40 outfitters has a sale on the 6.5 creed from Ruger American predator,  I was wanting to say it was 399 but it might be 419

Ohhh, I like the way you think, that sounds like an idea I like, a lot!  That short and I could run it with my SAS Vengeance.  Don't know if it'd be any quieter but it would sure look cool.  :chuckle:
