Never applied in Arizona. Do you have to buy your non resident licence before you can apply? Or just buy the $15 application fee?

Arizona has been dood to me and always apply. 2 elk tags and 370+ bulls, 1 deer tag 200 buck, 1 antelope 87.  40 years of applying here and total waste my $$.

Both sheep and deer for me.

Arizona has been good to me as well.
An elk and two deer tags.
All great hunts with allot of animals and quality.
Not over crowded with hunters.
