Shot a coyote tonight.  Hit it at least once, tracked a blood trail for about a mile in the dark and then had to call it off and head back home.  So no recovery  :bash:  I'm pretty sure it's down though.  Was finding 2" diameter blood spots about every 100-200 feet.

Here's a link to the scope cam video.  Additional details in the youtube video description.

Nice video @birdshooter1189 - Just curious what type of video setup you are using?
Thanks

Thanks.  It's the Megaorei 2 night vision scope recorder.  I purchased on ebay for about $100 from China.  Took about a month or two till it arrived (a year ago).  In that video, instead of the little IR illuminator that comes with the kit, I was using a larger T50 IR illuminator.  The scope it was mounted to is a Leapers 4-16x50mm.  I use the Megaorei and a couple other similar nightvision setups on a few different guns.  Some scopes work better than others with these kits.  Some scopes have IR blocking lens coatings, which doesn't help when you are trying to pick up IR wavelengths through the scope. (I have a vortex crossfire 3-12x56 that hardly lets any IR through it)

There's a few quirks with the setup i'm using, but it works for me and it was pretty cheap.

This year, 40 seconds (or so) after I killed my buck I also killed a coyote and almost a second one. I’ve never had them keep coming in after a shot. Maybe they were responding to the grunt that made the buck charge at me?  :dunno:
Between myself and my daughter we are only at 16 coyotes for the year so far. Typically we are in the 30’s by now.
