Grant county extension, WSU, is doing a comparison of three types of hogs.  Worth checking out if you raise your own.  I do not think they will throw in age and feed consumption but if they did the results would be a budget consideration.  Feed and time are expensive.  You can have the best of both worlds, a 280#, less than 6 months old, top notch eating quality and high feed efficiency hog.
