I know this doesn't do you much good, but north 40 in mead had 4 boxes this afternoon.

A couple of boxes of 270 130gr. And several boxes of 338.

Yesterday afternoon

Dangit... Wish that was closer, I could use those 130gr .270 win for a new to me rifle that I don't have any stockpiles for.  I also don't "need" them, it is more of a want so I can sight it in and shoot it.  :)

I am the same way with th Berry's @ wideners.  I don't "need" them, don't have primers to load them with.  But the pricing is not astronomical, and who knows if it will ever come this low again in the next year or two..

If you are looking for plated bullets, I have found NEReloading.com to have stuff.
https://nereloading.com/northeast-9mm-115-grain-round-nose-500-count.html

They also have FMJ 223
https://nereloading.com/rifle-50/223-5-56-224.html

I was looking for some 147 grain 9mm a couple months back and ordered some from them.

Their website was a bit frustrating at the time (I think they were having some kind of trouble).  I was actually not 100% sure if the order actually went through.  A week or two later my bullets showed up.

Anyone ever order from evolved ballistics?

https://www.evolvedballistics.com/shop/reloading/bullets/6-5-mm-156-grain-extreme-outer-limits-eol-elite-hunter.html

FWIW, Paul w/Evolved Ballistics just called me to personally apologize for any inconvenience/s they may have caused with the 156 and 245 bullet ordering snafu.  Like I said in another post I've ordered Proof barrels from EB in the past and they've always been great.  None of the other places that sent me the oh me so sorry email have personally called to apologize so I had to appreciate Paul calling.

Just sold some 209’s and 25lb bags of #8 hard shot. Did not offer them here because I ‘might’ be accused of ‘gouging’. Don’t want to offend all my ‘close personal friends’ here, or be ostracized, so I sold them to ‘strangers’ instead for the ‘going rate’ for both. No ‘gouging’ on this site for me! They even wanted more than I was willing to sell!
Amazing to me the ‘friend’ or ‘buddy’ price always only means cheaper for the buyer, not paying what something is currently worth ‘fair market value’ because they ARE a ‘friend’. It is ‘one way only’ I guess. Not sure how that works...
Strangers seemed perfectly happy to get both with no drama.

Just kidding. My old boss used to say "There is a butt for every seat"

Just because one person doesn't want play doesn't mean there won't be someone right behind them.

Also this isn't even a sale thread so why the complaint here?

There are some people on this site I wouldn't buy from if they were giving stuff away.

With that said.....Sportsmans in E. Wenatchee had .223 on the shelf for the first time in many month.  They had quite a few boxes of 150 rounds.  The price was steep...but it was there.  $105 for 150 rounds.

Found 9mm 124gr Berry's bullets at Widener's Reloading Supply's for $87.50 a K.  Has anyone used  this company?

Ya, I have shot thousands of Berry's... they are good to go.

Cool Thank you, I ran across Wideners recently and wondered if they were legit!

Yeah, sorry. Grumpy and happen to be on this thread when inspiration struck me about the ‘buddy’ thing only going ‘one way’.
Found out a ‘friend’ of mine is only a ‘friend’ if he gets the WAY better end of a deal. Not really my definition of a friend.
I had meant to put a link on for some primers I found also, but realized they had limited them to 200 max and were charging $30 hazmat, plus shipping when I pasted it here. Didn’t post them.

Sons are a heritage from the LORD, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate. - Psalm 127:3-5
