Garrard Creek Labs
« on: April 29, 2009, 08:42:50 AM »
Just wondering if anyone has picked up a pup from Garrad Creek Labs. The reason I asked is because I got a pup from someone that got her from there. I don't think they realized how much work goes into a lab puppy,so they had to get rid of her.  She is four month's old and i've had her for about three weeks. To be honest I think I saved this dog. She seems to have a good nose and loves to retrieve and has a great personality. If anyone has got a pup from these breeder's let me know..thank's.

I googled them.  They sure have some great pics on their website.  I don't know anyone with a pup from there, but they sound like good dogs to me. :dunno:

May I always be the kind of person my dog thinks I am.

I'd be kind of nervous about his saying "We have white, fox red, yellow, black and chocolate Labs,"- there are only 3 kinds of labs, yellow, black and chocolate.  Other colors are a variation of one of the 3.  But, they are beautiful dogs, the parents look good, and the price is good.  Could be worth the drive to Aberdeen

That's ok, I understand! They don't really say where they are located. I just happen to know since I drive out that way often.

they are located in oakville about 4 miles out of town. I got a yellow male out of them in september sired by tucker and scarlet, and i am very happy with the dog. I would recomend them to anyone in the area looking for a pup.
You will never kill a big one if you spend all your time draging out little ones
