Range Finders Fogging up!

I was wondering what range finders people are using who hunt on the west side. I have the Vortex 1000 currently and it always fogs up bad in the rainy wet weather and becomes useless. I tried a couple anti fog things and they have not worked well either.  Has anyone had good luck with rangefinders that hunt in alot of wet weather? If so what ones work well for you. I was looking at the Vortex 4000 rangefinder possibly.

I have a vortex and a Leica, both don't work well in A fog, but I haven't noticed either fogging up inside.  I have to say I'm not impressed with my vortex 1000 at all, the only reason I don't throw it up against a tree is because its easier to work with one hand then my older leica. I only use my vortex now for short range bow hunting.  I'd look at a more reliable brand, I'll never buy vortex again.

Are they fogging up on the inside or outside?  I use a leupold treated with Bausch and Lomb Fogshield XP, which I started using after asking @jakeland what he used on his optics that kept then usable in the torrential rains, and I haven't had any issues with my rangefinder, my binos or my scopes that have been treated.  Btw, thanks @jakeland   ;)

I have a vortex 1000 also with no issues if it's fogging on the inside send it back great customer service

It's on the outside lens of the rangefinder. I wasn't sure if it was acting up due to cheaper glass. I know most things struggle in the nasty rainy weather. Just want to upgrade my range finder to something that handle the elements a bit better.

I run Leica for everything, and haven’t noticed much issue.

X2 Leica! I sure wouldn't waste money on another vorcrap if you're having issues with the first one.
